Priority A: Maximum time for completion is 24 hours

  • Unsafe structural damage

Priority B: Maximum time for completion 5 working days

  • Non functioning white goods
  • Electrical appliances
  • Infestations
  • Blocked downpipes or guttering
  • Minor leaks
  • Kitchen & bathroom fixtures & fittings
  • Intercom repairs

Priority C: Maximum time for completion 28 working days

  • Damp/ condensation
  • Resiliconing fittings
  • Furniture replacement
