Adams & Styles are specialists in Guaranteed Rental Schemes throughout North London. We offer long term leases from 3 to 5 years which offers several advantages to the owner, for example payment of all utility bills and quartely property inspections. Guaranteed rent payments are paid monthly, whether your property is occupied or vacant.  Adams & Styles endavour to ensure rental payments are paid promptly to all landlords.

No set up costs

Adams & Styles do not charge any set up costs for the guaranteed rental scheme, our leasing service is FREE and do not charge any agent fees. Only vacant properties will be accepted into the scheme. While you have tenants in your property you are unable to commence leasing negations until the property is vacant.

Council tax & all utility bills

Once your property is leased, We will personally ensure that all utility bills are transfered into the tenants name making it their responsibility from the start date of the lease.

Rents & Payments

Adams & styles will endavour to achieve a competitive rent for your property. All rentals payments are monthly through our BAC’s system to ensure you receive your rental payments on time.

Property Inspections

Adams & Styles inspection service ensures that you can be confident your property is being well managed and provides you with any assistance and details on improvements should they be needed.  We will take care of all your tenants’ needs and requirements giving you the reassurance that your property stays in good condition and maintained well throughout its term and future rentals.
